Lesson(s) missed will be forfeited. 

Replacement of lesson is only approved under the following circumstances:

•    Medical reasons with a valid Medical Certificate from a certified medical doctor
•    Compulsory school activities with supporting document/letters from the school
  •    Compassionate Reason

•    The student must notify the school at least one week prior to the month of absence.
•    The deposit will be placed on hold during the break. However, the availability of the student's original timeslot is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
•    The student or parent must inform the school one week in advance before resuming the classes. Failure to do so may result in a wasted trip.

•    Student must notify the school at least at least one week prior to the intended month of absence.
•    A non-refundable suspension fee, equal to half of the monthly fee, is required to be paid before the suspension period to secure the student's vacancy.

•    Minimally 1 month of notice to be given before the termination
•    The student must attend the full month of lessons.
•    For example, if notice is given at any point during January, the student will be required to attend all lessons in February.  
  

•    There are 45 lessons conducted per calendar year.
•    Each student is allocated 4 lessons per month, except during Chinese New Year, June and December, where only 3 lessons are provided due to the term break.
•    No lessons are held on public holidays, during term holidays, or in months with a 5th week..
