School's policy and regulations
- Each student is entitled to 3 replacement lessons per year for reasons beyond Medical, School, or Compassionate circumstances.
- Unused replacement lessons for the current year will not be carried forward to the following year. Once the 3 lessons are used, additional missed lessons will be forfeited.
- Replacement lessons are subject to teacher and schedule availability.Unclaimed replacement lessons are both non-transferrable and non-refundable
- Missed lessons without valid reason will be forfeited.
- Medical, School, and Compassionate reasons do not count toward the 3-lesson limit and require supporting documents.
- The student must notify the school at least one week prior to the month of absence.
- The deposit will be placed on hold during the break. However, the availability of the student's original timeslot is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
- The student or parent must inform the school one week in advance before resuming the classes. Failure to do so may result in a wasted trip.
- Student must notify the school at least at least one week prior to the intended month of absence.
- A non-refundable suspension fee, equal to half of the monthly fee, is required to be paid before the suspension period to secure the student's vacancy.
- Minimally 1 month of notice to be given before the termination
- The student must attend the full month of lessons.
- For example, if notice is given at any point during January, the student will be required to attend all lessons in February.
- There are 45 lessons conducted per calendar year.
- Each student is allocated 4 lessons per month, except during Chinese New Year, June and December, where only 3 lessons are provided due to the term break.
- No lessons are held on public holidays, during term holidays, or in months with a 5th week..
